一、前言
鲲图全景对齐（Kuntu Align，以下简称「本应用」）是一款运行于 移动端 设备的本地全景图像处理工具，我们高度重视用户隐私保护。本政策清晰说明应用如何访问、使用您的设备数据，郑重承诺：所有图片处理逻辑完全在您的手机本地执行，不会将任何原图、照片、设备信息上传至云端服务器。
本隐私政策适用于所有安装、使用本应用的用户，使用本应用即代表您同意本政策全部条款。
二、应用仅申请的权限及用途
相册照片权限（全部照片）
权限用途：仅用于读取您手机相册内的 2:1 等距柱状全景图，实现全景水平矫正、初始视角调整、球形预览、批量导出功能。
- 不会主动扫描、读取相册内非全景类无关图片；
- 图片仅临时缓存于设备沙箱 Documents/Inbox 本地目录，仅在应用运行期间留存；
- 卸载应用后，所有本地缓存图片文件将自动全部清除；
- 无任何图片、原图、拍摄元数据上传行为。
三、我们收集哪些数据
1. 临时本地图片数据（仅您主动选中的全景图）
仅当您手动在相册选择全景图片后，应用会临时复制图片至设备本地沙箱目录用于图像处理。处理完成后，您可自行删除输出文件，无自动同步、无云端备份。
2. 无任何永久个人信息收集
本应用不会收集、存储、上传以下信息：
- 手机号码、姓名、身份证、地址等身份信息；
- 设备唯一标识、广告标识符 IDFA；
- 地理位置、定位数据；
- 相册全部图片、通讯录、麦克风、相机等无关权限数据；
- 图片拍摄时间、GPS 坐标等图片元数据（仅本地读取用于预览展示，不对外发送）。
四、数据存储与本地处理规则
- 所有全景矫正、球形预览、批量导出运算全部在 设备本地完成，不依赖云端服务器；
- 处理后的图片仅保存在您的设备相册或应用沙箱，控制权完全归属于用户；
- 应用不会自动同步图片至任何第三方平台、云存储；
- 沙箱临时文件仅在应用打开时存在，关闭应用不会自动保留缓存，卸载即清空全部数据。
五、第三方服务说明
本应用不接入任何第三方统计、广告、追踪、登录SDK，无第三方数据共享行为，不会向任何合作方转让、出售您的设备数据与图片。
六、用户权利
- 权限关闭权：您可随时前往手机「设置-鲲图全景对齐」关闭相册照片权限，关闭后应用将无法读取相册图片；
- 数据删除权：在应用内可手动删除所有处理缓存图片；卸载应用即可彻底清除全部本地临时文件；
- 政策咨询权：如对隐私条款存在疑问，可通过客服邮箱联系我们。
七、未成年人保护
本应用面向摄影、VR制作成年用户，不会主动收集未成年人任何个人信息，若您是未成年人，请在监护人陪同下阅读本政策并使用应用。
八、政策更新
我们可能根据审核规范更新本隐私政策，更新后将在本页面发布新版本内容，持续使用应用即视为接受更新后的条款。

1. Introduction
Kuntu Align (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is a local panorama image processing tool for devices. We fully protect user privacy. This policy describes how the App accesses and uses your device data. We solemnly promise: All image processing runs locally on your iPhone, and no original photos or device information will be uploaded to any cloud server.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users who install and use the App. Your use of the App means you fully agree to all terms of this policy.
2. Required Permissions & Purpose
Photo Library Access (All Photos)
Purpose: Only read 2:1 equirectangular panorama photos from your photo library to provide panorama leveling, initial view adjustment, spherical preview and batch export features.
- The App will not scan or access irrelevant non-panorama images in your album;
- Selected photos are only temporarily cached in the local sandbox directory Documents/Inbox during the App running;
- All cached files will be completely deleted once you uninstall the App;
- No original photos, image metadata will be uploaded to any remote server.
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Temporary Local Image Data (Only manually selected panoramas)
Images you manually select from photo library will be copied locally to process. You may delete output files manually at any time; no automatic cloud backup or synchronization.
3.2 No Permanent Personal Data Collection
The App never collects, stores or uploads the following information:
- Identity information such as phone number, name, ID card, address;
- Device unique identifier, IDFA advertising ID;
- Location, GPS positioning data;
- Irrelevant permissions data including contacts, microphone, camera;
- Image metadata such as shooting time, GPS coordinates (only read locally for preview, never sent externally).
4. Local Data Storage Rules
- All panorama leveling, spherical preview and batch export calculations run locally on your device without cloud servers;
- Processed images are saved only in your local photo album or App sandbox, fully controlled by you;
- The App will not auto-sync images to any third-party cloud storage or platforms;
- Temporary sandbox cache only exists while the App is active; all data will be cleared after uninstallation.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party tracking, advertising, statistics or login SDKs. We never share your device data or photos with any third parties.
6. Your Rights
- Permission Control: You may disable photo library access at any time via iPhone Settings > Kuntu Align;
- Data Deletion: Clear all cached images inside the App manually; uninstall the App to erase all local temporary files completely;
- Inquiry Support: Contact our support email if you have questions about this privacy policy.
7. Minor Protection
This App is designed for adult photographers and VR creators. We will not collect any personal information from minors. Minors should read this policy and use the App under guardian supervision.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to comply with App Store Review Guidelines. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
